Today in Worship, we will begin a new sermon series called Follow Me as we return to the Gospel of Luke. Through these Scriptures, we will explore what it means for us to faithfully and obediently follow Jesus as he is revealed to us through the gospel of Luke. This week, we will look at Luke 9:51-62 as we get back on the road again with Jesus. As he walks to the cross, Jesus denies our excuses and other commitments that prevent us from following him. Following Jesus takes a complete commitment to His Lordship and to the work of the Kingdom of God.
